Have You Lost Your Internet?

You can’t get connected to the Internet!

Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer can’t connect to the Internet!

 

Try this!

  • Do the following in the order I have listed.
  • Turn off your computer!
  • Unplug your router.
  • Unplug your modem.
  • Some modems have a battery on the side, bottom or back.  Remove it.

 

Then do the following in the exact order listed.

  • Plug in your modem.
  • Wait for about two [2] minutes.  
  • Carefully, insert the battery [if you have one].
  • Plug in the router.
  • Wait about 45 seconds.
  • Now, turn on your computer.  

 

These are the steps that most providers use to initiate an Internet connection that was lost.
